UNS C23000 is an alloy consisting primarily of copper (85-89%), zinc (5-9%), lead (0.5-2%), tin (0.2-1.5%), and trace amounts of iron and arsenic. It also contains traces of other metals, such as phosphorus and aluminium. This combination creates a strong material with excellent corrosion resistance and good machinability.
